MMC (SS) Daniel Blakeslee was the Leading Engineering Laboratory Technician and Engineering Watch Supervisor on three Fast Attack Submarines. He was also a Master Training Specialist in the Navy’s Leadership Management Education and Training Instructor School and the Navy Leader Development Program Instructor School. He developed and taught the pilot course for Total Quality Management (TQM) for the Atlantic Fleet. He is an experienced public speaker, leader and a leadership coach.
